Net Diatom offers computer repair service locally from the main office.Walk-in projects may present themselves during your shift and you need to help the client intake their laptop or computer for diagnosis and repair. If you can fix it, fix it and charge based on the following rates; if you can not resolve the issue take down the customer contact name, phone number, and stated problem and notify your supervisor that you have a repair project. You can assure the customer that the diagnosis will be completed within 24 to 48 hours.
