We are not responsible for lost or corrupt files or lost programs prior to a restore. Some files and drives come in already damaged or corrupt. Files also may be lost and programs downloaded prior to a fresh installation of windows or other operating systems will require you to sign back into online applications and/or redownload programs. Net Diatom is not responsible for lost files or programs during a repair.

What happens when a hard drive corrupted?

In many cases, a corrupted hard drive can occur as a storage device ages. The reason for these failures is that during operation, or even when the hard drive is not in use, the data can experience degradation. Files then become corrupted and are no longer usable. Data corruption can occur from a sudden loss of power.

Help to reload programs are charged at the software installation rate and not covered under previous repair prices. Clients may also choose to back up files before the computer is repartitioned and initialized at the listed rate.
